Three Day Workshop - Portrait Head & Shoulders

9-11 October 2015 from 10am to 4:30pm Dartmoor - Devon We are thrilled to be welcoming Suzie Zamit back to Lustleigh to teach a 3 day portrait workshop. Participants will model a life size head and shoulders. We’ll look closely at the anatomy and structure of the head, shoulders and neck to gain an understanding of the character and body language of the model. We’ll be looking at various approaches to portrait scultpture; modelling techniques, surface, scale and style. Suzie's method of teaching takes inspiration from classical and modern sources. Students recieve plenty of personal attention, demonstrations and useful tricks from this very talented and experienced sculptor. The workshop will cost £350 and includes tuition, clay, lunch and refreshments. Space is limited to a maximum of 8 students. A non-refundable deposit of £150 will secure a place.
